Returns requested after this period may not qualify for a refund.

H. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the item. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

I. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you require a different product, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
